I already have a CRM system, can I work with my own CRM too?
Yes! We are able to connect with any CRM system. However, it is important to note that not all CRM systems have the sufficient tools and capabilities that are needed to create the best results. In that case, we will discuss together what is the best solution.
What is the minimum advertising budget necessary to get results
Any advertising budget can and will yield leads and appointments, we advise to start with an advertising budget of minimum €3000,- per month for sufficient testing.
What if it doesn’t work?
The real estate industry deals with a relatively long sales-cycle, therefore creating and optimizing results takes time. However, Lead Estate believes that partnerships should be built on trust and results, not on long-term contracts. Therefore we work together for 6 months and after this period our contracts can be cancelled monthly, unless agreed otherwise.
